YESでは、生徒たちが自分の身の回りの人や物事だけでなく、まだ会ったことのない人を思いやったり 、まだ直面したことのない状況を想像できるよう、「共感力」と「思いやる心」を育くむ環境作りに積極的に取り組んでいます。

批判的思考
生徒たちには自分の意見を持つことで、積極的に主体的に考えることを学んでいきます。なにより重要なことは、自分がどのような人間であり、将来どのような人間になりたいかを見つけることと考えています。

創造性
美術や音楽といった教科だけでなく、理科、英語、国語といった主要教科へのアプローチも、プロジェクトベースの学習を通して創造的な方法で内容を学び、自主的な作業を通して生徒それぞれの独創的なアイデアを展開させていきます。

Mikiya S
One of the original members of YES International, MIkiya was very popular with other students for his kindness and strength. He was also a beast in P.E class with great athletic ability! A true role model for lower-graders to look up to.

We all remember Takuho for his wonderful sense of humour and ability to get along with everyone. He joined our school in later grades but improved his English in record time, surprising both his friends and teachers with his level of enthusiasm.

Rina was one of the strongest people we had the pleasure to know and help grow. She was both knowledgable and opinionated, and not afraid to stand up for what she thought was right. Her enthusiasm in outdoor club made her an expert hiker and camper.

Always positive and cheerful, he was a great friend and student in and outside the classroom. Although he spent most of his life abroad, Lucas did fantastically catching up on his Japanese in Kokugo classes; making his teachers very proud.
