YESインターナショナルスクールは、「株式会社YESインターナショナル」が運営する民間のフリースクールです。教育機会均等法の精神に基づき、画一的な教育ではなく「個人の違い」を尊重した教育を実践しています。

 

学校の運営は、授業料、寄付金、季節ごとの学校の収益で成り立っており、運営会社には監査役（藤野美哉）をおいています。

Kaoru Takeuchi, Principal, Chizuko Oriyama, Vice Principal, and Naveen Bukhari, Head of English Department, have overall responsibility for operations, and under them are the Chief Technology Officer, Head of STEM, Head of Art, administrative office, and public relations department.
 
The firm has a legal advisory contract with Mahoroba Law Office (CJ Bldg. 5F, 2-7-4 Nishi-Shinbashi, Minato-ku, Tokyo).
 
Takashi Tokunaga (psychiatrist) is the school physician and advises students on mental health issues.
