At YES International School, we provide our students with some Japanese disciplines. Although we are an international school, we believe culture plays a big part of language and learning Japanese arts gives students more understanding of the country they live in and its rich history.

We provide Shodo classes from grade 1 to junior high school and join competitions (optional) to give students and opportunity to grow in their skills and challenge themselves. We also have Ikebana classes once a month and students learn to create beautiful and unique arrangements based upon the season and themes throughout the year.
