At the center of our values and policies is the idea that students need to receive an education which provides them with the skills, knowledge, resiliency, and critical thinking ability to survive in a world that is increasingly utilizing and reliant on technology, automation, and Artificial Intelligence; what Mr. Takeuchi refers to as the "Fourth Industrial Revolution".

Leading from this, it is our strong belief that the type of education students receive at our school should allow them to do creative work using wisdom gained through problem solving, collaboration and project-based learning, rather than rote memorization.

This belief permeates throughout the school and finds its way into the lessons of our teachers who continuously encourage and challenge students to develop their own individual talents and abilities, whilst providing instruction that emphasizes a balance of intellectual strength, character development, and physical fitness.
