He worked as a graphic designer and illustrator for 10 years at an advertising design company, where he art-directed all aspects of graphic design.
In 1993, he started his own business, producing mainly book-related designs such as book bindings and illustrations.
As a toy creator, he devised the supplements of toddler magazines and created toy games. The toy craft class he gave at his eldest son's nursery school became a hot topic, and he was often asked to travel to various elementary schools and nursery schools to teach classes and workshops.
He gives arts and crafts classes and workshops for instructors at various elementary schools and nursery schools, and strives to spread exciting arts and crafts.
As a watercolorist, he started a web-based book, "Kamakura Rakuraku Shoku Diary" in 2000, which became a bestseller.
He also runs a watercolor sketching class in Kamakura.
Since 2016, she has been an instructor at YES International School. He aims to interact with children through art and develop useful and fun classes.
