Born in Osaka, Japan, Yuji Nakajima has been practicing Capoeira for 22 years and has traveled to Brazil more than 15 times.
When he visited Brazil, he lived in the house of a mestre (master) and learned Mestre's philosophy of Capoeira not only by training but also by living with him.
He is the representative of the Kanagawa branch of Cohadan de Contas.
He is active in temples and shrines, kindergartens, elementary schools, and culture schools in Kanagawa Prefecture.
